Government authorizes a call of 4,300 approved in the unified competition

The Ministry of Management and Innovation in Public Services (MGI) authorized the call of 4,330 candidates approved in the first edition of the Unified National Public Competition (CNU).

With Ordinance No. 3,114 published in extra edition of the Official Gazette of the Union Friday (25), 16 agencies and federal entities may start the appointment of approved candidates in positions that do not have the initial training course as a stage of the event. It will be up to each agency to make the appointment and give the new servers inauguration.

The expectation of the Ministry of Management is that the first nominations will be published in May. Authorized vacancies are for mid -level positions as well as higher levels of the eight thematic blocks. These include analysts, technicians, experts and researchers, in areas such as administration, education, statistics, engineering, communication, technology and public policy.

Among the contemplated bodies are ministries such as management and innovation, agriculture and livestock, culture, health and planning, as well as institutions such as the National Institute of Colonization and Agrarian Reform (Incra); National Institute for Educational Studies and Research Anísio Teixeira (Inep); National Foundation of Indigenous Peoples (Funai); Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics (IBGE) and Attorney General of the Union (AGU).

The MGI Ordinance is based on the 2025 annual budget law, which guarantees the resources necessary for the nominations.

The so -called enem of the contests is considered the largest public tender ever held in Brazil. In 2024, the number of subscribers totaled 2,144,397 to dispute 6,640 vacancies of public positions at higher, medium and technical levels for various specialties, in 21 federal public administration bodies. The remuneration of future federal servants range from R $ 3,741.84 to R $ 22,921.71.

The first edition of the event was held on August 18 last year, simultaneously, in 218 cities of all federations units, upon payment of a single registration fee. About 1 million candidates performed the objective and discursive tests. The objective of the federal government was to democratize the population's access to public service vacancies.

The second edition of CNU should be held in the second half of this year, as provided by Minister of Management and Innovation in Public Services, Esther Dweck.
