“The system is superintuitive and we are surprised by the simplicity to hire. The procedure does not require certain artifacts such as ETP, reference terms and edicts. Adherence to Contract+Brazil took place a few days after the launch, held at the National Meeting of New Mayors and Mayors, in Brasilia, February 11. Between entry on the platform, publication of the opportunity and the first hiring, the whole process was completed in just 11 days.

“On February 24th, we started the pilot process to repair chairs. To see and feel what the platform was like. The service we hired was the upholstery for chair repair, with details of what we needed and photos. Understanding that it was an urgent demand, we opened the four -day deadline to send proposals,” explains Marcelo.

To ensure that the hiring was performed at the expected time, IFCE was supported by Sebrae and the Institute of Labor Development (IDT), a state social organization that performs activities of the National Employment System Program (Sine), which helped publicize the opportunity on the platform to attract meis interested in the service. At the end of the deadline, six proposals were received, two of them from suppliers of the city.

“We did the analysis, according to the legal procedure, and selected a supplier from Limoeiro do Norte.
