The Municipality of Bonito, State of Mato Grosso do Sul, in accordance with Art. 75, item II of Federal Law No. 14.133/2021, makes public to interested parties that the municipal administration intends to perform the Acquisition of blankets meeting the demand of the Bonito/MS Social Assistance Secretariat, Eventual interested parties may present price and documents proposal within 3 (three) business days from this publication, the opportunity in which the Administration will choose the most advantageous.
Limit for the presentation of the price proposal and the documents: May 6, 2025.

Below is the list of documents to be sent along with the price proposal (which must be completely filled and signed).
a) constitutive act, statute or social contract in force;
b) copy of the official document of personal identification of the fit representative;
c) Registration in the National Register of Legal Entities (CNPJ);
d) Certificate issued jointly by the Federal Revenue Secretariat of Brazil (RFB) and the Attorney General of the National Treasury (PGFN), which proves the fiscal regularity of the bidder related to all Federal Tax Credits and the Union Active Debt (DAU) administered;
e) Proof of regularity with the State Treasury (Negative Debt Certificate, or positive with the effect of negative state taxes), issued by the competent body, of the location of domicile or headquarters of the company of the proponent or presenting the certificate of non -taxpayer, proving the regularity of tax debts related to the transactions relating to the circulation of goods and on the provision of interstate, inter -mitigation and communication services – ICMS, when the object refers to the acquisition;
f) Regularity regarding social security and FGTS, which demonstrates compliance with the social charges instituted by law;
g) regularity before the Labor Court;
h) compliance with the provisions of item XXXIII of art. 7 of the Federal Constitution, by means of a declaration duly signed by the legal representative of the company.
i) compliance with the provisions of item XVI of art. 92 of Federal Law 14.133/2021, upon a declaration duly signed by the company's legal representative.
